Well, so far, no one has been able to understand what i talk about when i eat and talk at the same time...ala do the 'mmmMM mMMMM Mmmm mmmm M mm MmmmM'/"wo? rmmii nba he hi ao"/ mumbling & acking thing...not even my family members - but Yang Mui and Shi Min knew what i was talking about today! hwah power ah!!!:D

Training today was good... though the weather is too humid for my taste... the knee support is doing wonders for my kicking .. woohooo~ I am also learning to 'fly'... heh... rather diu lian when your junior knows how to 'fly' and you can't ...so i got alot to catch up with... God will help me! I know He will! ^-^ I believe i can 'fly'...
